5. Prices and Payment

  1. Pricing: All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where applicable, are outlined during the checkout process.
  2. Payment: Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers.
  3. Errors: If an error in pricing is identified after your order has been placed, we will contact you for instructions. You have the right to cancel the order or proceed at the corrected price.

6. Delivery

  1. Delivery Schedule: Standard delivery times are between 7-14 working days for standard products and up to 6-8 weeks for bespoke items. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
  2. Responsibility for Goods: Responsibility for the goods transfers to you upon delivery or collection. Please inspect goods upon receipt.
  3. Missed Deliveries: If you are not available to receive the goods, we may charge additional fees for redelivery or storage.

  2. Bespoke Items: Orders for bespoke products cannot be canceled once production has begun, except where goods are faulty.
  3. Refunds: Refunds for returned goods will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
  4. Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

8. Bespoke Products

  1. Specifications: Bespoke products are manufactured to the exact measurements provided by you. Ensure all measurements and details are accurate, as changes cannot be made once production begins.
  2. Inspection: Inspect bespoke items carefully upon delivery. Report any issues within 48 hours.

9. Warranties

  1. Standard Products: All standard products come with a 1-year warranty unless stated otherwise.
  2. Bespoke Products: Our bespoke items are covered by a 10-year warranty for manufacturing defects on UPVC frames, 5 years for glass units, and 1 year for hardware.
  3. Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and misuse are not covered under warranty.

10. Limitations of Liability

  1. Business Losses: We are not liable for business losses, including loss of profits, revenue, or data.
  2. Consequential Losses: Installation/removal/reinstallation costs are not covered unless explicitly agreed in writing.
  3. Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.
